NSW: English cricket fans welcome the New Year in Sydney

It's Sydney's night of nights .. famed for bringing New Year's cheer to people from
all corners of the world .. even to weary English cricket fans.

Spontaneous and not too spontaneous street parties have broken out along the Sydney
harbour foreshore as hundreds of thousands of people await the countdown to midnight.

And among them are partygoers from all over the world and Australia .. including the
odd Barmy Army member.
