CareDecision Corp. (BULLETIN BOARD: CDED) , the e-health technology developer and residential PDA-networks innovator today announced that it has entered a strategic alliance with PCHertz.com, Inc. ("PCHertz") of Fargo, ND for the installation of CareDecision's residential wireless PDA based products. The agreement specifies that PCHertz will begin the deployment of ResidenceWare Guest(TM) multi-unit messaging management system to fulfill the terms of those contracts already inaugurated by CareDecision. The Agreement also includes a marketing component in which PCHertz will be assigned the right to non-exclusively market ResidenceWare Guest(TM).
ResidenceWare facilitates the electronic latitude for hotel guests to choose from a broad menu of information, local services and food deliveries via a Wi-Fi wired network connection to a Windows CE-based PDA physically affixed to the wall of each room. The Wi-Fi networks will permit interactive communications with guests and furnish guests broadband access to the Internet for an affordable fee. Each network will simultaneously yield a local advertising revenue base supported by local area merchants.
Robert Cox, CEO of CareDecision commented, "ResidenceWare's product launch, although only four months behind us, has sparked an impressive, if not startling, level of demand from within the hotel/motel industry. The magnitude of the demand has compelled us to identify suitable partners to effectively satisfy those previously signed contracts and enable our execution of contracts currently being negotiated. PCHertz readily met all of our specifications for such a partner. They additionally provided the unanticipated benefit of furnishing supplemental marketing capabilities to add to our already crowded pipeline of incremental new business."
